摘要
为了克服传统机器人在精密制造应用时暴露出的灵活性、安全性、节能性与智能化方面的缺陷,文章通过剖析编程、精度、操作安全、能耗、智能程度与协同等问题,运用视觉识别、人工智能、安全区域设定、新能源及云技术等手段予以解决。结果显示机器人性能显著提升,有力推动精密制造发展,对制造业智能化升级具有关键意义并拓展创新应用空间。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of flexibility,safety,energy efficiency,and intelligence exposed by traditional robots in precision manufacturing applications,this paper analyzes programming,accuracy,operational safety,energy consumption,intelligence level,and collaboration issues,and uses visual recognition,artificial intelligence,safety zone setting,new energy,and cloud technology to solve them.The results show that the performance of robots has significantly improved,effectively promoting the development of precision manufacturing,which is of key significance for the intelligent upgrading of the manufacturing industry and expanding the space for innovative applications.
