脲酶诱导联合黄原胶固化铅锌污染土试验研究

摘要 长期的金属矿产开采过程中会产生了大量的尾矿,尾矿中重金属成为污染土体的主要因素之一。本文以衡阳某铅锌污染土为研究对象,采用脲酶、尿素、氯化钙制备固化剂,并联合黄原胶开展污染土固化试验,结果表明,在固化中ECIP固化剂与黄原胶存在最优配比,该方法可有效的提高尾矿的抗剪强度,并减少其渗透性,从而达到提高尾矿坝稳定性、降低重金属污染扩散的风险的目的。 A large amount of tailings containing various heavy metals have been generated during the long-term mining of metal minerals,which has become one of the main factors causing soil pollution.This paper takes a lead-zinc polluted soil in Hengyang as the research object.A curing agent is prepared using urease,urea,and calcium chloride,and combined with xanthan gum to conduct soil solidification experiments.The results showed that there is an optimal ratio of ECIP curing agent and xanthan gum in the solidification process.This method can effectively improve the shear strength parameters of tailings and reduce their permeability,thereby achieving the goal of improving the stability of tailings dams and reducing the risk of heavy metal pollution diffusion.
