摘要
为了实现纺织车间中落布工序的全自动化,设计了一款结构简单的双侧举升落布AGV,首先确定落布AGV的硬件结构。然后依托双曲柄机构的运作原理,完成了双侧落布举升装置的构型设计,同时对其进行了力学分析和选型计算。最后,应用workbench软件对双侧落布举升装置的强度进行了校核。根据仿真结果,双侧落布举升装置的强度满足实际工程中的受力要求。
In order to realize the full automation of cloth dropping process in textile workshop,a simple structure double side lifting cloth dropping AGV is designed,firstly,the hardware structure of cloth dropping AGV is determined.Then,relying on the operation principle of double crank mechanism,the configuration design of double-side cloth dropping and lifting device is completed,and its mechanical analysis and selection calculation are carried out at the same time.Finally,workbench software was applied to check the strength of the double-side cloth lifting device.According to the simulation results,the strength of the double-side drop cloth lifting device meets the force requirements in the actual project.
