多级离心泵转子系统振动特性分析研究

摘要 针对多级离心泵转子振动特性研究相对较少的现状,运用ANSYS Workbench软件开展了多级离心泵振动特性分析。结果显示,有无轴向力对转子结构固有频率和振型影响不大,原因是转子支撑刚度较大,有无轴向力对转子结构的刚度影响程度较低;分析了转子支撑刚度对其固有频率的影响,结果显示,转子固有频率随支撑刚度的增大而增大,支撑刚度超过2.5×10^(8)N/m时,转子结构的固有频率趋于稳定。若要实现离心泵长期稳定工作,需将转子支撑刚度控制在2.5×10^(8)N/m以上即可。 For the multistage centrifugal pump rotor vibration characteristics of the status quo of relatively lttle research,the use of ANSYS Workbench software to carry out the multistage centrifugal pump vibration characteristics analysis.The results show that the presence or absence of axial force on the rotor structure has little effect on the intrinsic frequency and vibration pattern,the reason is that the rotor support stiffness is larger,and the presence or absence of axial force on the rotor structure has a lower degree of stiffness.Analyzed the rotor support stiffness on its intrinsic frequency,the results show that the rotor intrinsic frequency increases with the increase of the support stiffness,support stiffness more than 2.5×10^(8),the intrinsic frequency of the rotor structure tends to stabilize.If the centrifugal pump is to realize long-term stable work,the rotor support stiffness should be controlled above 2.5×10^(8).
