某柴油发电机组高原稳态和瞬态性能研究

摘要 高原环境空气稀薄,大气压力低,密度小,发动机进气量减少,这会导致发动机稳态性能和瞬态加载能力表现较平原环境有一定程度的恶化,主要是因为燃烧恶化引起的稳态最大输出功率降低、瞬态加载能力变差。本文以某大功率发电柴油机为原型,在3500m高原环境进行实地试验,对发动机稳态性能和瞬态加载能力进行了数据采集和验证。结果表明,该高原环境下,发动机进气量大幅度降低,负荷特性上,中冷后压力降低30~40kPa,过量空气系数降低0.4~0.5,这导致涡前排温和中冷前温度分别升高100~150℃和40~60℃,增压器转速约升高10000r/min,发动机整体性能表现劣化,稳态功率损失和瞬态加载能力劣化较为明显。 Because of the thin air in the highland environment,the atmospheric pressure and air density is lower,which would cause the reduced engine intake mass.This will lead to the deterioration of the steady performance and the transient loading capacity of the engine compared with the plain environment to a certain extent.The main result and effect is the reduction of the steady maximum output power and the deterioration of the transient loading capacity caused by the deterioration of combustion.In this paper,a high power generator diesel engine is used as a prototype,and field tests were carried out in a highland environment of 3500 meters.Data collection and verification were carried out on the steady-state performance and transient loading capacity of the engine.The results shows that the intake mass of the engine was greatly reduced under the highland environment,and on the load characteristics curve the air pressure after intercooling was reduced by 30~40kPa.The excess air coefficient is reduced by 0.4~0.5,which caused the temperature of the location before turbine and before intercooler increased by 100~150℃and 40~60℃respectively.And the speed of the supercharger increased by about 10000r/min.So the overall performance of the engine is degraded.The state power loss and transient loading capacity are significantly deteriorated.
