互花米草生物炭的制备与表征

摘要 对比二氧化碳(CO_(2))和氮气(N2)2种氛围下制备的互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)生物炭的特性,可为互花米草生物炭的利用提供数据支撑。以福州沿海湿地互花米草为原料,研究二氧化碳氛围下制备的互花米草生物炭(SABC-CO_(2))和氮气氛围下制备的互花米草生物炭(SABC-N2)的理化性质、形貌及结构差异。结果表明:SABC-CO_(2)和SABC-N2的pH均高于10,呈强碱性。SABC-CO_(2)的产率、灰分、碳氮比(C/N)、比表面积和孔体积均高于SABC-N2;而SABC-N2的挥发分、碳氢比(C/H)和平均孔径均高于SABC-CO_(2)。2种氛围下制备的互花米草生物炭均主要由碳(C)、氢(H)、氮(N)、硫(S)4种元素组成,其中C的质量分数较为丰富。SABC-CO_(2)的C/N高于SABC-N2,SABC-N2的C/H高于SABC-CO_(2)。SABC-CO_(2)表面突起较SABC-N2多,但与SABC-CO_(2)相比,SABC-N2可以明显观察到孔隙。通过对2种生物炭官能团分析,二者均有O—H、脂肪族C—H、C—O拉伸、甲基和亚甲基中的C—H弯曲振动,并且均含有游离羟基、醇、苯酚基团和卤素元素。而与SABC-CO_(2)相比,SABC-N2可能含有芳香族环和杂芳族化合物。互花米草生物炭的平均孔径都在2~50 nm的范围,对N2的吸附-脱附曲线SABC-CO_(2)近似为Ⅰ型/Ⅱ型曲线,SABC-N2近似为Ⅱ型曲线。SABC-CO_(2)相比SABC-N2更加稳定,而SABC-N2较SABC-CO_(2)更适用于修复环境污染,吸附污染物质。 Comparing the characteristics of Spartina alterniflora biochar prepared under Carbon dioxide(CO_(2))and nitrogen(N2)atmospheres can provide data support for the utilization of Spartina alterniflora biochar.The physicochemical properties,morphology and structural differences of Spartina alterniflora biochar(SABC-CO_(2))prepared under carbon dioxide atmosphere and Spartina alterniflora biochar(SABC-N2)prepared under nitrogen atmosphere were studied by using Spartina alterniflora in Fuzhou coastal wetlands as raw material.The results showed that the pH of SABC-CO_(2)and SABC-N2 was higher than 10,which was strongly alkaline.The yield,ash content,C/N ratio,specific surface area and pore volume of SABC-CO_(2)were higher than those of SABC-N2.The volatile matter,C/H ratio and average pore size of SABC-N2 were higher than those of SABC-CO_(2).The Spartina alterniflora biochars prepared under the two atmospheres were mainly composed of four elements:carbon(C),hydroogen(H),nitrogen(N)and sulphur(S),and the content of C was relatively abundant.The C/N of SABC-CO_(2)was higher than that of SABC-N2,and the C/H of SABC-N2 was higher than that of SABC-CO_(2).The surface of SABC-CO_(2)had more protrusions than that of SABC-N2,but compared with SABC-CO_(2),SABC-N2 could clearly observe the pores.Through the analysis of the functional groups of the two biochars,both of them had O-H,aliphatic C-H,C-O stretching,C-H bending vibration in methyl and methylene,and both contained free hydroxyl,alcohol,phenol groups and halogen elements.Compared with SABC-CO_(2),SABC-N2 may contain aromatic rings and heteroaromatic compounds.The average pore size of Spartina alterniflora biochar was in the range of 2-50 nm.The N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm of SABC-CO_(2)approximated TypeⅠ/TypeⅡisotherm,and SABC-N2 approximated TypeⅡisotherm.SABC-CO_(2)is more stable than SABC-N2,and SABC-N2 is more suitable for repairing environmental pollution and adsorbing pollutants than SABC-CO_(2).
