摘要
目的探讨胰岛素泵连续皮下注射(continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion,CSII)联合输尿管软镜碎石术在糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)合并肾结石患者中的应用价值。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月连城益民中医院院收治的62例DM合并肾结石患者为研究对象,按照不同治疗方法分组,每组31例。对照组接受常规血糖控制,观察组则接受CSII治疗,同时两组均接受输尿管软镜碎石术治疗。对比两组血糖水平、治疗有效率、并发症发生率。结果观察组术后空腹血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为0(0/31),低于对照组的19.35%(6/31),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CSII联合输尿管软镜碎石术应用于DM合并肾结石患者,可有效控制血糖水平,提高治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the application value of continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII)combined with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM)complicated with kidney stones.Methods A total of 62 patients with DM complicated with kidney stones admitted to Liancheng Yimin Hospital of Tra⁃ditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and grouped according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received conventional blood glucose control,while the observation group was treated with CSII.Meanwhile,both groups were treated with flexible ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Compared blood glucose level,effective rates of treatment and complication rate of the two groups.Results The fasting plasma glucose level after postoperative of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the obser⁃vation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The in⁃cidence of complications in the observation group was 0(0/31),which was lower than 19.35%(6/31)in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CSII combined with flex⁃ible ureteroscopic lithotripsy in patients with DM complicated with kidney stones can effectively control blood glucose levels,improve the effective rate of treatment,reduce the incidence of complications,and has high clinical application value.
