摘要
目的探讨尿葡萄糖结合尿微量白蛋白(urine microalbumin,UmALB)检验在糖尿病肾损伤早期评估中的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2024年12月江苏省金湖县人民医院接诊的100例糖尿病患者为研究对象,对所有患者均进行尿葡萄糖结合UmALB检验,以临床综合诊断结果为金标准,分析上述指标在糖尿病肾损伤早期评估中的作用。结果以临床诊断结果为金标准,100例患者中阳性(合并早期肾损伤)、阴性(无早期肾损伤)分别有45例、55例。尿葡萄糖检验结果:真阳性、假阳性、真阴性、假阴性依次有35例、10例、45例、10例;UmALB检验结果:真阳性36例、假阳性11例、真阴性44例、假阴性9例;联合检验:真阳性、假阳性、真阴性、假阴性分别为44例、1例、55例、0例。联合检验的诊断效能指标结果优于单一检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿葡萄糖与UmALB均能够体现出糖尿病患者肾损伤风险,尿葡萄糖结合UmALB检验用于糖尿病肾损伤早期评估的价值较高。
Objective To investigate the role of urine glucose combined with urine microalbumin(UmALB)test in the early evaluation of diabetic kidney injury.Methods From January 2022 to December 2024,100 diabetic patients ad-mitted to Jinhu County People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as the research objects.All patients were tested for urine glucose combined with UmALB.The clinical comprehensive diagnosis results were used as the gold standard to analyze the role of the above indicators in the early evaluation of diabetic kidney injury.Results Taking the clinical diagnosis results as the gold standard,there were 45 cases of positive(combined with early renal injury)and 55 cases of negative(without early renal injury)in 100 patients.Urine glucose test results:true positive,false posi-tive,true negative,false negative in 35 cases,10 cases,45 cases,10 cases;umALB test results:36 cases were true positive,11 cases were false positive,44 cases were true negative,9 cases were false negative;combined test:true positive,false positive,true negative,false negative were 44 cases,1 cases,55 cases,0 case.The diagnostic efficacy index of the combined test was better than that of the single test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both urine glucose and UmALB can reflect the risk of renal injury in diabetic patients,and urine glucose combined with UmALB test is of high value in the early evaluation of diabetic renal injury.
