摘要
缺血性心脏疾病是全球范围内导致心血管疾病死亡的重要原因,其发病机制复杂且尚未完全阐明。近年来,微小RNA(miRNAs)作为调控基因表达的重要因子在缺血性心脏疾病的研究中引起了广泛关注。然而目前对miRNAs在该领域的研究仍存在一些问题,限制了其在临床的推广应用。该文就miRNAs在缺血性心脏疾病中的生物学功能、作用机制及其潜在的临床应用进行了综述,以期为缺血性心脏疾病的早期诊断、预后评估和治疗提供新的思路。
Ischemic heart disease is a major cause of cardiovascular mortality worldwide,and its complex pathogenesis remains poorly understood.Recently,microRNAs(miRNAs),as an important factor to regulate gene expression,has attracted extensive attention in the study of ischemic heart diseases.However,there are still some problems in the research of miRNAs in this field,which limit its clinical application.This article reviewed the biological functions,mechanisms of action and potential clinical applications of miRNAs in ischemic heart disease.It aims to offer new insights for the early diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of this condition.
