高等教育视角下交叉学科发展的路径探析与未来展望

摘要 该文通过对国内高校交叉学科关联模式的分类研究,深入阐述高校设立交叉学科的具体模式和步骤,包括确定目标学科的条件、做好人才培养的组织管理工作等。同时,深入分析影响交叉学科发展的主观与客观因素,如科研志向、文化土壤、知识结构和政策导向等。最后,对交叉学科的未来发展进行了展望,以期为高校交叉学科的高质量发展提供理论支撑和实践指导,推动高等教育在跨学科领域的发展,培养更多符合时代需求的创新人才。 This paper focuses on the development of interdisciplinary disciplines in Chinese universities,aiming to solve the existing problems and provide a systematic and complete development model guide with sound mecha-nisms and systems.By classifying the relevant models of interdisciplinary disciplines in domestic universities,it elaborates in detail the model steps for establishing interdisciplinary disciplines in universities,covering aspects such as determining the conditions of target disciplines,the organizational management of talent cultivation,and so on.It also performs a thorough examination of both the subjective and objective elements that influence the ad-vancement of interdisciplinary fields,such as scientific research aspirations,cultural environment,knowledge structure,and policy orientation.Finally,it looks ahead to future development,with the expectation of providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of interdisciplinary disciplines in uni-versities,promoting the progress of Chinese higher education in the field of interdisciplinary disciplines,and culti-vating more innovative talents who meet the needs of the times.
