摘要
采用钛矿渣替代石英砂制备高强度钛矿渣超高性能混凝土(UHPC),研究钛矿渣级配、砂胶比和养护方式对钛矿渣UHPC抗压强度的影响,并通过微观试验分析其作用机理。结果表明:钛矿渣级配、砂胶比和养护方式均对钛矿渣UHPC抗压强度有较大影响,当m(中砂):m(细砂):m(粗砂)=1:0.6:0.96、砂胶比为1.3、标养2 d再90℃蒸养5 d时,钛矿渣砂UHPC的抗压强度最高,达186.7 MPa。钛矿渣UHPC的抗压强度在蒸养3 d时可完成大部分增长。钛矿渣砂的多孔结构能够更好地吸附周围的浆体,增加两者的接触面积,从而增大摩擦力并使其紧密结合,使得UHPC的抗压强度提高。
Titanium slags are used instead of quartz sand to prepare UHPC.The influence of titanium slag gradation,UHPC sand cement ratio,and curing method on the compressive strength of UHPC was studied and its mechanism was analyzed by microscopic test.The results showed that the grading of titanium slag,the sand cement ratio,and the curing method all have a significant impact on the strength of titanium slag based UHPC.When the grading is medium:small:large=1:0.6:0.96,the sand cement ratio is 1.3,and it is standard cured for 2 days and then steamed at 90℃ for 5 days,the strength of titanium slag based UHPC is the highest,reaching 186.7 MPa.In addition,the strength of titanium slag UHPC can achieve most of the growth during steam curing for 3 days.The porous structure of titanium slag sand can better adsorb the surrounding slurry,increase the contact area between the two,thereby increasing the friction and making it tightly bonded,so that the compressive strength of UHPC is improved.
