摘要
为了满足飞机着陆时高承载的需求,以某型起落架双气腔缓冲器为研究对象,基于受力分析建立了缓冲器着陆时的动力学模型,基于流体仿真获得流场数据,通过阻尼孔前后的压差计算得到了油液阻尼力、流量系数和阻尼系数,对着陆工况下缓冲器动态阻尼特性进行了研究。结果表明:双腔油气式缓冲器油液阻尼力仿真结果与理论结果差值在5%以内,验证了该方法的有效性。定油孔双气腔缓冲器与单气腔相比轴向载荷第二次峰值降低了29.9%,可有效降低起落架在着陆时的冲击力;轴向载荷做功和缓冲效率分别降低6.1%和7.6%,整体缓冲性能略逊。变锥角油针缓冲器相比定锥角油针双气腔缓冲器油液阻尼力峰值和轴向载荷峰值分别降低41.6%和41.3%,在吸收和分散落地冲击力方面更为高效,减轻了瞬时冲击载荷对起落架结构的损害;缓冲效率提高约31%,有益于延长起落架的使用寿命和降低维护成本;流量系数和阻尼系数的数值波动更加平稳,性能更加稳定和可预测。
To meet the high load-bearing requirements during aircraft landing,this study focuses on a specific type of dual-chamber damper,establishing a dynamic model for the damper during landing based on force analysis.Fluid simulation was conducted to obtain flow field data,and the pressure differential across the damping orifices was utilized to calculate the fluid damping force,flow coefficient,and damping coefficient,facilitating the investigation of the dynamic damping characteristics under landing conditions.The results indicate that the simulation results for the fluid damping force of the dual-chamber oil-gas damper exhibit a discrepancy of less than 5%compared to theoretical values,confirming the effectiveness of the methodology.Compared to single-chamber dampers,the dual-chamber damper with fixed orifice shows a reduction of 29.9%in the second axial load peak,suggesting that the dual-chamber configuration effectively mitigates impact forces during landing.However,the axial load work and damping efficiency of the dual-chamber damper are reduced by 6.1%and 7.6%respectively,indicating that its overall damping performance is slightly inferior to that of single-chamber dampers.The variable-cone angle oil needle damper exhibits a decrease of 41.6%and 41.3%in peak fluid damping force and axial load compared to the fixed-cone angle oil needle dual-chamber damper,respectively.This suggests that the variable-cone angle damper is more efficient in absorbing and dissipating landing impact forces,thereby reducing instantaneous load damage to the landing gear structure.Additionally,the variable-cone angle oil needle damper shows a 31%improvement in damping efficiency over the fixed-cone angle oil needle damper,which is beneficial for extending the service life of the landing gear and reducing maintenance costs.The flow coefficient and damping coefficient of the variable-cone angle oil needle damper exhibit more stable numerical fluctuations,indicating enhanced stability and predictability of its performance.
