摘要
采用2~10μm的WC-10Co-4Cr作为喷涂材料,对粉末的粒度、形貌及物相结构进行分析。采用HVAF技术制备WC-10Co-4Cr涂层,对涂层的显微硬度、结合强度、残余应力等性能进行了研究。研究结果表明:WC-10Co-4Cr粉末粒度呈正态分布,粉末颗粒致密,球形度高。涂层与基体结合良好,涂层孔隙率<0.5%,涂层硬度高、耐磨性能优异。涂层残余应力低,在中性盐雾试验(NSS)腐蚀96h后无腐蚀痕迹,综合性能优良,可满足其在航空领域飞机起落架部件的应用。
The WC-10Co-4Cr powder with particle sizes of 2—10μm was employed as the thermal spray material.Comprehensive analyses were conducted on the powder's particle size distribution,morphological characteristics,and phase composition.WC-10Co-4Cr coatings were fabricated using High-Velocity Air Fuel(HVAF)technology,followed by systematic investigations of the coating properties including microhardness,bonding strength,and residual stress.The results demonstrated that the WC-10Co-4Cr powder exhibited a normal size distribution with dense particle structure and high sphericity.The coating displayed excellent interfacial bonding with the substrate,achieving porosity<0.5% along with superior hardness and wear resistance.The coating possessed low residual stress and showed no corrosion traces after 96 h neutral salt spray testing(NSS).
