高等教育赋能新质生产力:生成逻辑、现实挑战与突破路径 被引量:1

Higher Education Empowers New Quality Productivity Forces:Generative Logic,Practical Challenges,and Breakthrough Pathways

摘要 高等教育作为教育、科技与人才的重要交汇点,可通过技术的革命性突破、生产要素的创新性配置、产业的深度转型升级,为新质生产力赋能,体现出了鲜明的逻辑必然性。然而,受制于拔尖创新人才培养的不足、知识生产的相关困境、产教融合实施的难题,高等教育在赋能新质生产力的过程中面临着挑战。对此,高等教育应通过对人才培养模式的改革、知识生产的优化、产教融合的完善,为发展新质生产力蓄势赋能。 Higher education,serving as a significant convergence point of education,technology,and talents,can facilitate the generation of new quality productive forces through revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and in-depth transformation and upgrading of industries,thereby demonstrating a distinct and inherent logic.Nevertheless,higher education confronts several challenges in the process of driving the generation of new-quality productive forces,including insufficiency in cultivating top-notch innovative talents,related predicaments in knowledge production,and obstacles in the integration of industry and education.In this regard,higher education should reform talent cultivation models,optimize knowledge production mechanisms,and improve the integration of industry and education,thereby accumulating potential and providing empowerment for the development of new quality productive forces.
