摘要
目的探讨零回波时间(ZTE)-磁共振成像(MRI)技术对鼻咽癌颅底骨侵犯的诊断价值及其对肿瘤分期的影响。方法分析本院治疗前鼻咽癌患者69例,男50例,女19例。运用GE Discovery 750W 3.0T MRI扫描仪,获取常规平扫+增强扫描,利用ZTE-MRI技术获取ZTE-MRI图像,比较分析ZTE-MRI技术与MRI常规扫描技术两种成像方法对于鼻咽癌颅底骨侵犯的诊断价值。采用χ^(2)检验分析MRI常规图像、ZTE-MRI图像的阳性检出率。结果对于鼻咽癌颅底骨是否受侵犯,ZTE-MRI图像的阳性检出率为91.30%(63/69),MRI常规图像的阳性检出率78.26%(54/69),两者经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ZTE-MRI图像可以提高鼻咽癌对颅底骨侵犯诊断的准确性,正确进行肿瘤分期,有利于临床精准治疗。
Objective To study the value of zero-echo-time(ZTE)-magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)technology in detecting skull base bone invasion in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and its influence on tumor staging.Methods A total of 69 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before treatment in our hospital were analyzed,including 50 males and 19 females.The GE Discovery 750W 3.0T MRI scanner was used to obtain conventional plain scan and enhanced scan.ZTE-MRI images were acquired using the ZTE-MRI technique.The values of ZTE-MRI technique and conventional MRI scanning technique in imaging the skull base bone invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were compared and analyzed.The positive detection rates of conventional MRI images and ZTE-MRI images were analyzed by chi-square test.Results For the invasion of the skull base by nasopharyngeal carcinoma,the positive detection rate of ZTE-MRI images was 91.30%(63/69),while that of conventional MRI images was 78.26%(54/69).The comparison between the two showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion ZTE-MRI images can enhance the accuracy of diagnosing skull base bone invasion,accurately stage the tumors,and facilitate precise clinical treatment.
