摘要
目的探究“低频度血液灌流(hemoperfusion,HP)+血液透析(hemodialysis,HD)”应用于糖尿病慢性肾功能衰竭(chronic renal failure caused by diabetic nephropathy,CRF)的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2024年12月期间在江苏省连云港市赣榆区人民医院收治的104例CRF患者为研究对象,按照治疗方案分组,每组52例。对照组单独实施HD,观察组实施低频度HP+HD,比较两组肾脏功能、钙、磷代谢状态、不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组多项肾功能指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后观察组的钙磷水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对CRF患者进行低频度HP联合HD治疗可明显改善肾脏功能、钙磷代谢状态,并减少不良反应出现。
Objective To explore the effect of"low-frequency hemoperfusion(HP)+hemodialysis(HD)"on chronic renal failure caused by diabetes(CRF).Methods A total of 104 CRF patients admitted to Ganyu District People's Hos‐pital of Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to December 2024 were selected as the research ob‐jects,and they were divided into groups according to the treatment plan,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with HD alone,and the observation group was treated with low frequency HP+HD.The renal func‐tion,calcium and phosphorus metabolic status and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,multiple renal function indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of calcium and phosphorus in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the dif‐ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low frequency HP combined with HD treatment for CRF pa‐tients resulted in improved blood glucose control and renal function,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions.
