摘要
在大数据、生物技术和人工智能的驱动下,近些年猪育种技术得到了快速发展。基因组选种和选配技术在国内各大集团公司已经广泛应用,杂种优势预测技术为优化杂交组合提供了支撑,基因编辑技术则被直接应用于创制新种质。但我国在全产业链育种体系、协同高效的联合育种体系和精准高效表型组测定方面与国外还存在一定差距。本文总结了分子标记辅助选择、基因组选择、基因组选配、杂种优势预测和基因编辑技术的研究及应用现状,并从全产业链育种、联合育种和智能表型测定等方面展望了未来猪育种的发展方向,旨在为我国生猪种业实现高质量发展提供参考。
Driven by advances in big data,biotechnology,and artificial intelligence,pig breeding technology has progressed rapidly in recent years.Genomic selection and mating technologies have been widely adopted by major domestic enterprises,heterosis prediction techniques facilitate the optimization of crossbreeding combinations,and gene editing is now directly applied to create novel germplasm resources.However,gaps persist between China and global leaders in establishing wholeindustry-chain breeding systems,collaborative joint breeding mechanisms,and precise phenotypic measurement technologies.This review summarizes current research and applications of molecular marker-assisted selection,genomic selection,genomic mating,heterosis prediction,and gene editing.It also explores future directions for pig breeding,including whole-industrychain strategies,joint breeding initiatives,and smart phenotyping,aiming to provide insights for the high-quality development of China’s swine seed industry.
