“科教融汇”视角下职业院校教师科研能力提升的价值蕴涵、现实滞碍及突破路向

The Value Connotation,Reality Stagnation and Breakthrough Pathways of Improving the Research Abilities of Vocational Colleges Teachers from the Perspective of Integration of Science and Education

摘要 “科教融汇”的提出,既是国家整体推进教育、科技、人才协调发展的重大举措,也是职业教育类型发展的深刻变革,更预示了职业教育发展的新定位、教学的新样态、人才培养的新要求,其也必然赋予职业院校教师科研创新能力提升新的价值蕴涵。然而,职业院校的科研功能并没有得到充分发挥、教师的科研意识也不强,甚至科研与教学相脱节等现象依然存在。为此,就要及时转变观念,强化教师科研意识,健全科研保障机制,促进科研与教学融合渗透,真正激发教师从事科研内在驱力,赋能高素质、创新型、复合型技术技能人才的培养,积极应对时代挑战,助力经济发展。 The proposal of integrating science and education is not only a major initiative for the overall promotion of education,science and talent coordination and development in the country,but also a profound transformation in the development of vocational education types.It also heralds a new positioning of vocational education development,a new state of teaching,and new requirements for talent cultivation.It will inevitably endow vocational college teachers with new value connotations for enhancing scientific research and innovation capabilities.However,the research function of vocational colleges has not been fully utilized,teachers'scientific research consciousness is not strong,and phenomena such as the disconnect between research and teaching still exist.Therefore,we need to change our mindset in a timely manner,strengthen teachers'scientific research awareness,improve the research support mechanism,highlight the integration of research and teaching,truly stimulate teachers'intrinsic motivation for research,empower the cultivation of high-quality,innovative,and versatile technical and skilled talents,actively respond to the challenges of the times,and support economic development.
