摘要
综述了粉末注射成型技术在永磁铁氧体领域的应用状况和研究进展,详细介绍了注塑成型用永磁铁氧体磁粉和颗粒料制备技术的工艺特点,总结了当前在注塑成型用永磁铁氧体磁粉和颗粒料等方面的研究成果,并分析了目前存在的问题和今后的发展方向,以期为相关研究提供有益借鉴。
This paper reviews the application status and research progress of powder injection molding technology in the field of permanent magnet ferrite,and provides a detailed introduction to the process characteristics of the powder preparation technology for injection molding ferrite magnets.It summarizes the current research achievements in the field of injection molding ferrite magnet powder and granular materials,and analyzes the current problems and future development direction,with the aim of providing useful reference for related research.
