基于ATmega单片机的电磁阀动作寿命试验装置及控制系统设计

摘要 在燃气电磁阀生产研发过程中,动作寿命测试实验是不可或缺的项目,用于判定电磁阀响应时间、使用寿命及可靠性指标。传统的实验方法采用自制工装夹具进行人工检测,重复上千次动作不仅增加操作人员劳动强度,而且无法准确判断电磁阀开度。针对这一难题,设计了基于Atmega单片机的电磁阀动作寿命试验装置,利用数字化控制系统和高速开关二极管驱动伺服电机正反转运动,并通过开度检测传感器实现对电磁阀系统连续动作寿命测试。 In the process of production and development of gas solenoid valve,operating life test experiment is an indispensable project,which is used to determine the response time,service life and reliability index of solenoid valve.The traditional experimental method uses self-made fixture for manual detection,repeating thousands of actions not only increase the labor intensity of the operator,but also can not accurately judge the opening of the solenoid valve.To solve this problem,a solenoid valve operating life test device based on Atmega microcontroller is designed.The digital control system and high-speed switching diode are used to drive the positive and negative motion of the servo motor,and the continuous operating life test of the solenoid valve system is realized through the opening detection sensor.
