摘要
根据微带环行器的设计理论,设计了一种工作在K波段的超小型微带微波铁氧体环行器。通过对环行器工作模式分析,采用双Y结加抗电路设计,将环行器平面尺寸由4mm×4mm减小至3mm×3mm,同时保证有良好的电性能。结果表明,采用双Y结加抗电路设计的K波段超小型微带环行器,在22~26GHz工作频率内,电压驻波比小于1.25,隔离度大于20dB,满足设计要求。
A subminiature microstrip circulator working in K-band is designed according to the design theory of microstrip circulator.Based on the analysis of the working mode of microstrip devices,the design of double Y junction matching impedance circuit reduces the size of circulator from 4 mm×4 mm to 3 mm×3 mm,while ensuring good electrical performance.The result shows that in the operating frequency band from 22 to 26 GHz,the K-band subminiature microstrip circulator designed with double Y junction matching impedance circuit has the VSWR less than 1.25,the isolation greater than 20 dB,meeting the design requirements.
