合成油基磁流变液的流变性及分散稳定性影响规律

摘要 磁流变液的性质及应用效果受颗粒浓度及基液粘度等因素影响显著,为此,本文通过对颗粒先用稀盐酸刻蚀后再包覆分散的方法,制备出系列不同颗粒浓度、基液粘度的合成油基磁流变液,表征并分析了磁性颗粒的微观结构及磁流变液流变性、分散稳定性影响规律及机制。结果表明,当颗粒浓度高于60wt%时,零场粘度显著增加。当基液粘度较高时,基液粘度增加对零场粘度的影响较小。该结果将对磁流变液分散稳定性及流变性基础理论研究,以及提升其应用性能有较大意义。 The properties and application effects of magnetorheological fluids are significantly influenced by factors such as particle concentration and base fluid viscosity.To address this,in this paper,a series of synthetic oil-based magnetorheological fluids with different particle concentrations and base fluid viscosities were prepared by first etching the particles with dilute hydrochloric acid and then coating and dispersing them.The microstructure of the magnetic particles,as well as the laws and mechanisms governing the rheological properties and dispersion stability of the magnetorheological fluids,were characterized and analyzed.The results show that when the particle concentration is higher than 60 wt%,the zero-field viscosity increases significantly.When the viscosity of the base fluid is relatively high,the increase in the viscosity of the base fluid has a relatively small impact on the zero-field viscosity.This result will be of great significance for the basic theoretical research on the dispersion stability and rheological properties of magnetorheological fluids,as well as for improving their application performance.
