摘要
目的:观察对胃癌手术患者开展Fitch理论的营养管理健康教育联合团队协同疼痛护理的作用。方法:选取2023年6月至2024年8月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的胃癌手术患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组采用常规术后护理,观察组开展Fitch理论的营养管理健康教育联合团队协同疼痛护理,比较2组患者疼痛程度、睡眠质量、失眠症状、生命质量。结果:观察组护理后VAS评分、PSQI评分、AIS、ESS失眠评分低于对照组;观察组WHOQOL-BREF评分护理后高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌手术患者开展Fitch理论的营养管理健康教育联合团队协同疼痛护理可以降低患者疼痛程度,提升患者睡眠质量以及生命质量。
Objective:To observe the effects of implementing Fitch theory-based nutritional management health education combined with team-based collaborative pain care in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 88 gastric cancer surgery patients admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2023 to August 2024 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine postoperative care,while the observation group received Fitch theory-based nutritional management health education combined with team-based collaborative pain care.Compare the patient′s pain level,sleep quality,insomnia symptoms,and quality of life.Results:The VAS score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,The PSQI score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,The Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)and Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS)insomnia scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing care,The WHOQOL-BREF score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after nursing,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing Fitch theory-based nutritional management health education combined with team-based collaborative pain care for gastric cancer surgery patients can reduce pain levels,improve sleep quality,and enhance quality of life.
