摘要
目的:探究耳穴贴压对呼吸内科住院患者睡眠障碍的改善效果。方法:回顾选取2022年2月至2022年10月福州市第二总医院进行常规护理的呼吸内科住院伴睡眠障碍患者42例为对照组,2022年11月至2023年4月进行常规护理联合耳穴贴压呼吸内科住院伴睡眠障碍患者42例为观察组。比较2组患者睡眠质量、心理状态、生命质量变化。结果:干预后2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表各维度评分和总评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表均低于本组干预前,且观察组低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后2组精神、疲乏、日常生活及对治疗的态度评分均高于本组干预前,且观察组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:耳穴贴压可提高呼吸内科住院患者睡眠质量,改善患者心理压力,提升患者生命质量,有助于患者恢复。
Objective:To explore the effect of embedding beans in auricular points on improving sleep disorders in inpatients of respiratory department.Methods:A total of 42 hospitalized patients with sleep disorders in the respiratory department of Second General Hospital of Fuzhou and treated with conventional nursing care from February 2022 to October 2022 were retrospectively included in the control group,and 42 hospitalized patients with sleep disorders in the respiratory department of our hospital who received routine nursing+ear acupoint embedding nursing from November 2022 to April 2023 were retrospectively selected as the observation group.Sleep quality,psychological status,and quality of life before and after interventions were compared between groups.Results:The total score and the scores of each dimensions in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and scores of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA)after interventions were significantly reduced in both groups than the pretreatment values,which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of mentality,fatigue,daily life and attitudes toward treatment after interventions were significantly elevated in both groups than the pretreatment values,which were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Embedding beans in auricular points can improve the quality of sleep,psychological pressure and quality of life,which is favorable to the recovery.
