摘要
在数智技术快速发展的智媒时代,国家文化安全面临着严峻的风险和挑战。传承与创新红色情报文化,对于我国主流意识形态建设和文化软实力建设具有深远的意义。本文首先深入挖掘红色情报文化的特质,阐明智媒时代红色情报文化传承的时代意义,提出依托数智技术,围绕红色情报文化的特质,赋能红色情报文化传承与创新的多元路径。这些路径涵盖对红色情报资源的数智化保护与整合、数智化传播与体验创新、智慧化教育应用、智能化生产与内容创作、数智化价值评估,以及数智化融合和创新红色情报文化产业等方面。在挖掘红色情报文化资源实现红色情报IP转化和构建红色情报文化产业链的过程中,要注意警惕三类虚假错误信息。通过人力和技术相结合的方式,加强红色情报文化信息内容的审核和监管力度,充分发挥其引导主流意识形态的育人价值,提升其产业价值,培育新质生产力,提升国家文化软实力,助力国家文化安全战略的实施。
In the era of intellectual media with the rapid development of digital intelligence technology,western countries export a large number of cultural products and values to our country by virtue of their technological advantages,which makes national cultural security face serious risks and challenges.Inheriting and innovating the red intelligence culture has far-reaching significance for the construction of mainstream ideology and cultural soft power in China.This paper firstly digs into the characteristics of red intelligence culture,clarifies the significance of the inheritance of red intelligence culture in the era of smart media,and proposes the multiple paths to empower the inheritance and innovation of red intelligence culture by relying on the digital intelligence technology and centering on the characteristics of red intelligence culture.These paths cover digital intelligence protection and integration of red intelligence resources,digital intelligence dissemination and experience innovation,intelligent education application,intelligent production and content creation,digital intelligence value assessment,and digital intelligence integration and innovation of red intelligence culture industry.In the process of mining red intelligence and cultural resources to realize red intelligence IP transformation and build red intelligence and cultural industry chain,attention should be paid to be alert to three types of false misinformation.Through the combination of manpower and technology,the audit and supervision of the information content of red intelligence culture should be strengthened to give full play to its nurturing value of guiding the mainstream ideology,enhance its industrial value,cultivate the new quality productivity,improve the soft power of the national culture,and help the implementation of the national cultural security strategy.
