摘要
目的探讨出院准备服务干预方案在喉癌全喉切除术患者中的应用效果。方法按照入院时间顺序,对照组和干预组分别纳入42例患者。对照组接受喉癌全喉切除术常规护理与出院指导,干预组在此基础上实施出院准备服务干预方案。结果两组各40例患者完成研究。干预组出院准备度、出院指导质量及出院后30 d生存质量评分显著高于对照组,干预组出院后30 d内并发症及不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对喉癌全喉切除术患者实施出院准备服务干预方案,可提高出院指导质量,从而提高患者出院准备度水平及生存质量,降低术后并发症及不良事件的发生。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of discharge planning services in patients undergoing total laryngectomy for laryngeal cancer.Methods A total of 84 patients scheduled for total laryngectomy for laryngeal cancer were chronologically assigned to either a control group(n=42),receiving routine nursing care and discharge guidance,or an intervention group(n=42),receiving structured discharge planning services.Results Forty patients in each group completed the study.Compared to the control group,the intervention group demonstrated significantly higher scores in discharge readiness,quality of discharge guidance,and quality of life during the first 30 days post-discharge(all P<0.05).Additionally,the intervention group had a significantly lower incidence of postoperative complications and adverse events(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing discharge planning services for laryngeal cancer patients undergoing total laryngectomy effectively enhances the quality of discharge guidance,improves discharge readiness and quality of life of patients,and reduces postoperative complications and adverse events.
