添加不同量复合维生素纳米乳对西门塔尔种公牛精液品质的影响

Influence of Adding Different Amounts of Multivitamin Nanoemulsion on the Semen Quality of Simmental Breeding Bulls

摘要 本研究旨在探究不同添加量复合维生素纳米乳对西门塔尔种公牛精液品质的影响。选取24头健康西门塔尔种公牛,随机分为4组,对照组(A组)不添加复合维生素纳米乳,试验B、C、D组分别每日每头添加5mL、10mL、15mL复合维生素纳米乳,试验期60d。结果表明,试验后,B组精子密度和精子活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),C组、D组精子密度和精子活率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);B组、C组、D组精子畸形率均低于对照组,且C组和D组与对照组差异显著;B组、C组、D组精子顶体完整率均高于对照组,但差异不显著。说明添加复合维生素纳米乳可改善西门塔尔种公牛精液品质,其中15mL/(头·d)添加量效果相对最佳。本研究为西门塔尔种公牛养殖的营养调控提供了科学依据。 This study aims to explore the influence of different addition amounts of multivitamin nanoemulsion on the semen quality of Simmental breeding bulls.Twenty-four healthy Simmental breeding bulls were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups.The control group did not add multivitamin nanoemulsion,and the experimental groups B,C,and D added 5mL,10mL,and 15 mL of multivitamin nanoemulsion per head per day respectively.The experimental period was 60 days.The results showed that after the experiment,the sperm density and sperm motility rate of group B were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the sperm density and sperm motility rate of groups C and D were extremely significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).The sperm malformation rate of groups B,C,and D was lower than that of the control group,and there were significant differences between groups C and D and the control group.The sperm acrosome integrity rate of groups B,C,and D was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference.It indicates that adding multivitamin nanoemulsion can improve the semen quality of Simmental breeding bulls,and the addition amount of 15mL per day has a relatively optimal effect,providing a scientific basis for nutritional regulation in the breeding of Simmental breeding bulls.
