基于BioWin的某城镇污水处理厂工艺模拟与碳源投加优化

摘要 城镇污水处理厂通常外加碳源提高生化处理效率.遗憾的是,国内大多数污水处理厂仅根据经验手动投加碳源,为保证出水稳定达标,碳源常被过量投加.因此,对碳源的投加进行优化至关重要.仿真软件在这方面展现出优越性.借助BioWin软件对辽宁省某城镇污水处理厂进行工艺模拟,根据敏感度分析确定关键参数,通过稳态校正和动态模拟得到具有较高准确度的模型,以此探究碳源的最佳投加位置,并比较不同季节甲醇投加量对脱氮效果的影响.结果表明:碳源的最佳投加位置为缺氧池前端,秋、冬季脱氮效率低,每千吨水需分别外加甲醇(纯度100%)至少9.63 L和14.60 L.所建立的仿真模型可以准确地进行工艺模拟,有效保证出水达标并减少不必要的碳源投加,具有实践意义. Municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)usually add carbon sources to improve the efficiency of biochemical treatment.Unfortunately,most of the domestic WWTPs only add carbon sources manually according to their experience.To ensure that the effluent meets the discharge standard stably,carbon sources are usually added too much.Therefore,it is crucial to optimize the dosing of carbon sources.Simulation software shows its superiority in solving the problem.Process simulation for a municipal WWTP in Liaoning Province is carried out with the BioWin software.The key parameters are determined based on the sensitivity analysis,and the model with higher accuracy is developed through steady-state correction and dynamic simulation.The optimal dosing position of carbon sources is explored,and the nitrogen removal effects of methanol dosage in different seasons are studied.It is concluded that the optimal dosing position is in front of the anoxic tank,and the efficiency of denitrification in autumn and winter is low,where at least 9.63 L and 14.60 L of methanol(100%purity)is needed for every thousand tons of water.The developed simulation model can accurately simulate the process,effectively ensuring that the effluent meets the standard and reducing unnecessary carbon source dosing,which is of practical significance.
