摘要
目的分析糖尿病足截肢患者实施预见性护理干预对患者的影响,以寻求患者有效的护理方式。方法纳入2020年11月—2024年1月收治的82例糖尿病足截肢患者进行分组观察,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予预见性护理干预。比较两组患者并发症发生率、足部护理行为评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、护理满意度评分。结果观察组并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.1000,P<0.05)。观察组干预后的足部护理行为评分、PSQI评分以及护理满意度评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足截肢患者实施预见性护理干预取得了较好护理效果,能降低并发症发生率,还可改善患者足部护理行为及其睡眠质量,患者对该护理干预较为满意以及认可,值得临床应用推广。
Objective To analyze the influence of predictive nursing intervention on patients with diabetic foot amputation,in order to seek effective nursing methods for patients.Methods A total of 82 diabetic foot amputation patients admitted from November 2020 to January 2024 were included for grouping observation,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 patients in each group.Routine nursing intervention was given to patients in the control group,and predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group was given to patients in the observation group.The incidence of complications,foot nursing behavior score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,nursing satisfaction degree score were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(=4.1000,P<0.05).After intervention,the foot nursing behavior score,PSQI score and nursing satisfaction degree score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention for diabetic foot amputation patients had achieved better nursing effects,which could reduce the incidence of complication,and improve the foot nursing behavior and sleep quality of patients.Patients were more satisfied and recognized with this nursing intervention,and it was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
