摘要
文章根据湖北某电厂生物质气化耦合燃煤机组项目的设计经验,系统地介绍了气化炉产生的高温燃气输配系统的设计方案,并从三个方面进行了重点分析:(1)高温燃气冷却系统的介绍及其系统内设备的组成;(2)高温燃气管道保温型式的选择和管道管径的设计,并进行了相关对比;(3)整个燃气输配系统的安全性设计,分别从放散、点火、反吹扫三个方面展开论述。总结了系统的特点和设计难点,为后续生物质气化耦合项目燃气管道的设计和应用提供了一定的指导借鉴。
Based on the design experience of a biomass gasif ication coupled coal-f ired unit project in a power plant in Hubei,this paper systematically introduces the design scheme of high temperature gas transmission and distribution system generated by gasif ication furnace,and focuses on the analysis from three aspects:(1)introduction of high temperature gas cooling system and the composition of equipment in the system;(2)selection of thermal insulation type and design of pipe diameter of high temperature gas pipeline,and relevant comparison;(3)the safety design of the entire gas transmission and distribution system is discussed from three aspects:discharge,ignition and reverse purge.The characteristics and design diff iculties of the system are summarized,which provides certain guidance for the design and application of gas pipelines in subsequent biomass gasif ication coupling projects.
