摘要
在石油化工产业里,柴油加氢装置是产出清洁柴油的核心环节,而螺纹锁紧环式换热器在此装置中占据关键地位。本文深度剖析了该换热器,详细介绍其结构上采用管箱与部分壳体一体化锻造、双重密封等特点,基于卡扎里密封和伍德密封组合的工作原理,以及在高温、高压、临氢工况下的选材标准。阐述其在柴油加氢装置中能高效回收热量、提升热效率、稳定装置运行。同时,也指出运行中存在腐蚀、内漏、检修困难等问题,并针对这些问题提出从原料管控、材料选择、设计优化到检修方案改进等一系列解决措施。研究成果对保障柴油加氢装置稳定、安全、高效运行,推动石油化工技术进步意义重大。
In the petrochemical industry,the diesel hydrogenation unit is the core link to produce clean diesel,and the screw locking ring heat exchanger occupies a key position in this unit.The heat exchanger was analyzed in depth,and the characteristics of its structure were introduced in detail,such as the integrated forging of the tube box and part of the shell,double sealing,etc,based on the working principle of the combination of cazari seal and wood seal,as well as the material selection standard under the conditions of high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen.It was expounded that it can efficiently recover heat,improve thermal efficiency and stabilize the operation of the diesel hydrogenation unit.At the same time,out the problems of corrosion,internal leakage and maintenance difficulties in operation were also pointed,and a series of solutions from raw material control,material selection,design optimization to maintenance scheme improvement were put forward.The research results were of great significance to ensure the stable,safe and efficient operation of diesel hydrogenation unit,and promoted the progress of petrochemical technology.
