喷雾产品中两种十三氟烷基硅烷的气相色谱-质谱检测方法研究

摘要 通过对比不同的前处理和仪器分析方法对喷雾产品中两种十三氟烷基硅烷的提取和分离效果,建立了一套适用于分析喷雾产品中两种十三氟烷基硅烷的测试方法。喷雾样品用甲醇超声萃取,萃取液经0.45µm的滤膜过滤后,使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)进行分析。结果表明,在优化的条件下,两种十三氟烷基硅烷在0.025~1 mg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,线性相关系数均能达到0.9995,方法检出限为0.002 mg/kg,定量限为0.007~0.008 mg/kg,相对标准偏差小于3.0%;样品加标回收率为93.3%~100.7%。本方法简便快捷、萃取效率高、重现性好,能够快速、准确的测定喷雾产品中两种十三氟烷基硅烷,解决现有技术无法快速、准确检测喷雾产品中两种十三氟烷基硅烷的问题。 A testing method suitable for analyzing two types of tridecafluoroalkyl silanes in spray products by comparing the extraction and separation effects of different pretreatment and instrumental analysis methods was established.Spray samples were ultrasonically extracted with methanol,and the extract was filtered through a 0.45µm membrane filter before instrumental analysis using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results showed that under optimized conditions,the two tridecafluoroalkyl silanes exhibited good linearity in the concentration range of 0.025 to 1 mg/L,with linear correlation coefficients all reached 0.9995.The method detection limit was 0.002 mg/kg,the quantification limit was 0.007~0.008 mg/kg,and the relative standard deviation was less than 3.0%.The spiked recoveries of samples range from 93.3%to 100.7%.This method is simple,rapid,has high extraction efficiency and good reproducibility,and can quickly and accurately determine the two tridecafluoroalkyl silanes in spray products,solving the problem that the existing technology cannot quickly and accurately detect the two tridecafluoroalkyl silanes in spray products.
