摘要
建立QuEChERS-超高效液相色谱质谱法快速测定大米中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的分析方法。样品采用QuEChERS净化处理,以乙腈+0.1%甲酸5 mmol/L乙酸铵作为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为0.2 mL/min,经C_(18)(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7µm)色谱柱,柱温为40℃,进样时间为10 min。研究表明酸化乙腈作为提取溶剂回收率达到80%~100%。150 mg无水MgSO_(4)+100 mg PSA和150 mg无水MgSO_(4)+100 mg C_(18)作为样品净化的吸附剂,回收率在90.1%~99.6%之间。该法简便快速,准确,适用于大米中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的监测和定量分析。
A method for rapid detection of aflatoxin B_(1) in rice by QuEChERS-ultra performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)was established.The sample was purified using QuEChERS,with acetonitrile+0.1%formic acid 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate as the mobile phase gradient elution,at the flow rate of 0.2 mL/min,C_(18)(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7µm)chromatographic column was adopted.The column temperature was maintained at 40℃.The injection time was 10 min.The recovery of acidified acetonitrile as extraction solvent reached 80%~100%,150 mg anhydrous MgSO_(4)+100 mg PSA and 150 mg anhydrous MgSO_(4)+100 mg C_(18) were used as adsorbents for sample purification.The average recovery rate ranged from 90.1%to 99.6%.This method is simple,fast,accurate,and suitable for monitoring and quantitative analysis of aflatoxin B_(1) in rice.
