摘要
采用乙酸正丁酯代替甲苯作溶剂,配制二正丁胺/乙酸正丁酯溶液,水性聚氨酯预聚体中的异氰酸酯基(NCO)与二正丁胺/乙酸正丁酯溶液中的二正丁胺反应,然后用标准HCl溶液滴定样品中过量的二正丁胺。与传统(国家标准GB/T 12009.4-2016和行业标准HG/T 2409-1992)的二正丁胺/甲苯溶液法的对比实验表明,本方法测试简便,结果准确,但成功替换掉了易制爆易制毒的甲苯,有效地降低了原料采购和管控成本、使用过程中的安全隐患和对检验人员职业健康的影响。
Replacing toluene by n-butyl acetate to prepare di-n-butyl amine/n-butyl acetate solution,isocyanate group(NCO)of waterborne polyurethane prepolymer reacts with di-butyl amine,then the excess di-n-butyl amine is titrated by standard HCl solution.Compared with the traditional toluene method(National Standard GB/T 12009.4-2016 and Industry Standard HG/T 2409-1992),the results shows that n-butyl acetate method not only possessed simple process and accurate result,but also safe and low-cost in both purchasing and using process,because toluene is a precursor and explosive chemical.
