摘要
随着经济的发展,人们对环境有了更高标准的要求,PVC管道胶水中的有害物质检测也受到了全民的关注。本文采用气相色谱(GC-FID)检测技术对PVC管道胶水中的丁酮、四氢呋喃、1,2-二氯乙烷含量的检测方法进行研究。实验优化了前处理条件、气相色谱条件,并对检测结果通过外标法定量。结果表明,丁酮线性相关系数为0.9996,方法检出限为0.004 g/kg,加标回收率在98.4%~102.1%范围内,RSD为0.1%~0.2%;四氢呋喃线性相关系数为0.9997,方法检出限为0.007 g/kg,加标回收率在99.9%~102.3%范围内,RSD为0.1%~0.6%;1,2-二氯乙烷线性相关系数为0.9997,方法检出限为0.007 g/kg,加标回收率在96.0%~101.3%范围内,RSD为0.2%~3.7%。
As the economy continues to advance,there is an increasing demand for a cleaner environment.Consequently,the detection of harmful substances in PVC pipe glue has become a matter of great public concern.A study was conducted to determine butanone,tetrahydrofuran and 1,2-dichloroethane in PVC pipe glue using gas chromatography(GC-FID).The pretreatment conditions and gas chromatography were meticulously optimized,and the test results were quantified by external standard method.The findings revealed a high linear correlation coefficient of 0.9996 for butyl ketone with a low detection limit of 0.004 g/kg and excellent recovery rates ranging from 98.4%to 102.1%,yielding an impressively low relative standard deviation(RSD)of only 0.1%to 0.2%.Similarly,tetrahydrofuran exhibited a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9997 with a detection limit of 0.007 g/kg and exceptional recovery rates between 99.9%and 102.3%,accompanied by an RSD of 0.l%to 0.6%.Lastly,the linear correlation coefficient for 1,2-dichloroethane was also found to be high at 0.9997 with a detection limit of 0.007 g/kg,and a recovery rate between 96.1%and 101.3%,resulting in an RSD of 0.2%to 3.7%.
