摘要
以聚醚多元醇为主要原料,采用一步法制备聚氨酯注浆材料,研究了原料合成中环氧树脂、催化剂、交联剂、稳泡剂对材料力学性能的影响;结果表明:适量环氧树脂的加入,使材料的抗压、拉伸及粘结强度大大提升;催化剂用量对材料力学强度影响较小;交联剂和稳泡剂的加入可提高材料的抗压和抗拉强度,对粘结强度影响则很小;在含水量15%的应用环境中,聚氨酯材料的力学强度仍保持较高的水平;最终确定原材料最佳配比为聚醚多元醇90%,环氧树脂10%,催化剂1%,交联剂3%,稳泡剂1%,并得到符合技术要求的聚氨酯注浆材料。
Polyether polyols as the main raw material,polyurethane grouting materials were prepared by a one-step method.The effects of epoxy resin,catalyst,crosslinking agent and foam stabilizer on the mechanical properties of materials in the synthesis of raw materials were studied.The results showed that the addition of an appropriate amount of epoxy resin can increase the content of benzene ring and epoxy group in the system,greatly improving the compressive,tensile and bonding strength of polyurethane materials.The amount of catalyst had little effect on the mechanical strength of polyurethane materials.Within an appropriate range,the addition of crosslinking agents and foam stabilizers can improve the compressive and tensile strength of polyurethane materials,while having little effect on the bonding strength.In an application environment with a water content of 15%,the mechanical strength of polyurethane materials still maintained a high level.The optimal ratio of raw materials was ultimately determined to be 90%of polyether polyol,10%of epoxy resin,1%of catalyst,3%of crosslinking agent,and 1%of foam stabilizer,and a polyurethane grouting material that met technical requirements was obtained.
