摘要
以表面处理过的改性纳米氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))和酚醛树脂(PF)协同改性环氧树脂(EP),研究改性前后环氧树脂的阻燃和热稳定性能。采用氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)、热重分析测试(TGA)等实验讨论了其阻燃性能和热稳定性能。实验结果表明,当改性Al_(2)O_(3)添加量为0.8%,PF添加量为10%时,改性环氧树脂的LOI达到29.5%,UL-94达到了V-0级,残炭率达到了25.75%,较未改性环氧树脂增加了193.95%。
Surface treated modified nano alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))and phenolic resin(PF)were used to synergistically modify epoxy resin(EP),and the flame retardancy and thermal stability of the epoxy resin before and after modification were studied.The flame retardancy and thermal stability of the material were discussed through experiments such as oxygen index(LOI),vertical combustion(UL-94)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).The experimental results showed that when the amount of modified Al_(2)O_(3) added was 0.8%and the amount of PF added was 10%,LOI of the modified epoxy resin reached 29.5%,UL-94 reached V-0 level,the heat release rate(HRR)decreased by 21%,the residual carbon rate increased by 193.95%to 25.75%.
