摘要
文章以连云港市作为研究对象,运用区位商分析法,系统性地探究其产业发展路径与战略方向。研究表明,连云港市依托优越的生态本底条件、陆海联运枢纽的重要地位以及海洋经济特色优势,拥有实现高质量发展的基础支撑。然而,它也面临着土地集约利用水平欠佳、产业结构层次有待优化等现实挑战。基于此,研究提出“强枢纽、强湾区、强产业”的三位一体发展战略。这一战略不仅能为连云港建设美丽宜居的山海城市提供决策参考,还能为同类资源型沿海城市破解“港产城”融合发展难题、实现新旧动能转换提供可借鉴的实践范例。
This study focuses on Lianyungang and systematically examines its industrial development path and strategic orientation using the location quotient analysis method.The findings indicate that Lianyungang possesses a solid foundation for achieving high-quality development,supported by its favorable ecological endowment,strategic role as a land-sea transportation hub,and distinctive advantages in the marine economy.However,the city faces pressing challenges such as low levels of intensive land use and an under-optimized industrial structure.In response,the study proposes an integrated development strategy of"strengthening the hub,strengthening the bay area,and strengthening the industry."This approach not only provides strategic guidance for building a beautiful and livable mountain-sea city in Lianyungang but also serves as a replicable model for other resource-based coastal cities seeking to overcome port-industry-city integration challenges and advance the transformation from old to new growth drivers.
