“岙域—岸线”耦合下浙东地区小城镇的形态解析与适应策略

Morphological Analysis and Adaptation Strategies of Small Towns in Eastern Zhejiang under the Coupling of"Ao-Region-Shorelines"

摘要 随着城镇化的推进与产业规模的持续扩大,浙东地区小城镇的发展与自然环境承载力之间的矛盾日益凸显。这不仅导致土地精明利用与区域一体化受到限制,还引发了诸多生态环境与气候适应问题,对人居环境的安全与品质构成威胁。本研究通过构建基于“岙域—岸线”两大自然基底的浙东小城镇人地关系认知框架,对1916—2022年的近代历史地图、航空影像、遥感影像等多源数据进行地理信息化处理。在此基础上,提取14个典型小城镇样本的空间要素演化图谱,并量化其形态演化特征,从而揭示浙东小城镇形态演化中“岙域—岸线—人居”的动态互适关联与在地策略。进而,依据上述研究成果,提出在保护和发展双重命题下小城镇适应性营建的深化路径,旨在为我国小城镇精明生长和城乡共融问题的解决提供参考。 With the advancement of urbanization and the continuous expansion of industrial scale,the contradictions between the development of small towns in eastern Zhejiang and the carrying capacity of the natural environment have become increasingly prominent.This has constrained efficient land use and regional integration,while also triggering ecological,environmental,and climate adaptation issues,threatening the safety and quality of human settlements.This study constructs a human-land relationship framework centered on two natural elements—"Ao-region"and"shorelines"—using geographic information processing of multi-source data from 1916 to 2022,including historical maps,aerial images,and remote sensing data.It extracts spatial evolution patterns of 14 typical small-town samples and quantitatively analyzes their morphological characteristics.The results reveal the dynamic adaptive interactions among"Ao-region—shorelines—human settlements"and identify localized strategies within the morphological evolution of eastern Zhejiang's small towns.Based on these findings,the study proposes a pathway for the adaptive construction of small towns under the dual goals of protection and development,aiming to support sustainable growth and urban-rural integration in China.
