摘要
文章以探索三维激光扫描技术在房产测量中的应用为目标,选取典型试验区,利用Leica RTC360三维激光扫描仪进行数据采集,通过内业点云数据处理、点云测图等流程,完成了试验区房产要素的测绘,并与传统测量方法进行了精度和效率对比。
The article aims to explore the application of 3D laser scanning technology in real estate measurement.A typical experimental area was selected,and data was collected using the Leica RTC3603D laser scanner.Through processes such as internal point cloud data processing and point cloud mapping,the measurement of real estate elements in the experimental area was completed,and the accuracy and efficiency were compared with traditional measurement methods.
