摘要
碱韭(Allium polyrhizum)是百合科(Liliaceae)、葱属(Allium)的一种多年生草本植物,具有重要的药用价值、食用价值和经济价值。基于筛选到的89个碱韭分布位点和9个环境因子,本研究利用优化后MaxEnt模型和ArcGIS软件,模拟了当前和未来气候条件下碱韭在我国的适宜区分布,旨在为碱韭种质资源的可持续利用提供基础数据。结果显示:(1)年平均温度(Bio1)、最干季平均温度(Bio9)、海拔(Elevation)和坡度(Slope)是影响碱韭在我国适宜区分布的主要环境因子;(2)当前气候条件下,碱韭的适宜区总面积为687.99×10^(4) km^(2),高适宜区主要分布于黑龙江、吉林西北部、新疆北部和内蒙古东北部,零星分布于西藏、青海、甘肃等地;(3)未来气候条件下,碱韭的适宜区分布面积大幅缩小,高适宜区主要集中于黑龙江北部和内蒙古东北部;适宜区质心总体向内蒙古东北方向迁移,但始终位于阿拉善右旗境内。
Allium polyrhizum is a perennial species from the genus Allium of the family Liliaceae,with important medicinal,edible and economic values.Based on eighty-nine distribution sites and nine environmental factors screened,we simulated the suitable distribution area of A.polyrhizum in China under current and future climatic conditions,through the optimized MaxEnt model and ArcGIS software in the present study.This study provides the basic data for the sustainable utilization of A.polyrhizum germplasm resources.The results indicated that(1)The annual average temperature(Bio1),mean temperature of driest quarter(Bio9),elevation and slope were the main environmental factors influencing distribution area of A.Polyhizum(2)Under the current climatic conditions,the total suitable area of A.polyrhizum was 687.99×10^(4) km^(2),with highly suitable areas being mainly distributed in Heilongjiang,northwestern Jilin,northern Xinjiang and northeastern Inner Mongolia,and sporadically in Xizang,Qinghai,Gansu,etc.(3)Under the future climatic conditions,the suitable distribution area of A.polyrhizum reduced obviously,and the highly suitable area was mainly concentrated in the north of Heilongjiang and northeast of Inner Mongolia.Besides,the centroid of the suitable area generally would migrate to the northeast of Inner Mongolia,but it is always located in Alxa Right Banner.
