多模态信息载体对突发事件协同研判情境意识的影响

The influence of multimodal information carriers on situation awareness in collaborative judgment for emergency incidents

摘要 为探究突发事件应急决策中,多模态信息载体与协同研判情境意识的关系,模拟跨部门协同研判工作情境,采用主观测量、问卷测量、绩效测量等方法,收集不同信息载体下被试的情境意识得分、主观认知负荷以及协同研判反应时间进行显著性分析。研究结果表明:主观认知负荷与协同研判反应时间之间存在显著的正相关关系;在单一信息载体下,视频组与文本组被试的情境意识水平较好,但视频组与音频组被试的主观认知负荷与协同研判反应时间较高;在组合模态信息载体下,文本-视频的被试情境意识水平优于文本-音频,但2种组合模态下被试的主观认知负荷与协同研判反应时间差异较小。研究结果可为协同研判实务工作中信息载体的应用提供参考。 In order to investigate the relationship between multimodal information carriers and situation awareness of collaborative judgment during emergency decision-making,a simulated cross-departmental collaboration scenario was adopted.Methods including subjective assessments,questionnaire surveys,and performance metrics were employed to collect data on participants’situation awareness scores,subjective cognitive load,and collaborative judgment response times under different information carriers for significance analysis.The results indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between subjective cognitive load and collaborative judgment response time.Under single-modality information carriers,participants in both the video and text groups demonstrated superior situation awareness,whereas those in the video and audio groups exhibited higher subjective cognitive load and longer collaborative judgment response times.Under combined modal information carriers,participants in the text-video group showed superior situation awareness compared to those in the text-audio group,but the subjective cognitive load and collaborative judgment response times of participants in the two combined modalities exhibited minimal differences.These findings offer practical insights for the application of information carriers in collaborative judgment practices.
