摘要
为探究发酵饲料对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质的影响,选取360头三元杂交阉公猪,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复20头。对照组饲喂玉米豆粕型基础饲粮,处理1组和处理2组分别用15%和30%发酵全价料等比例替代基础饲粮,试验期56 d。处理2组育肥猪的结束均重、平均日增重和平均日采食量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。处理2组育肥猪的眼肌面积显著高于对照组(P<0.05),育肥猪背最长肌a^(*)_(24 h)和大理石纹评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);处理1组和处理2组均显著提高了育肥猪背最长肌L^(*)_(24 h)(P<0.05),显著降低了pH^(*)_(45 min)(P<0.05)。处理2组育肥猪背最长肌中的硒含量显著增加(P<0.05)。添加30%发酵饲料对育肥猪生长性能、胴体性状和肉品质均有显著改善作用。
In order to investigate the effects of fermented complete feed on growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of fattening pigs.360 castrated male pigs of three-way crossbreed were randomly divided into three treatments,with six replicates in each treatment and 20 pigs in each replicate.The control group was provided with a basal diet,while treatments 1 and 2 replaced 15%and 30%of the basal diet with fermented complete feed,respectively,in equal proportions.The experimental period was 56 days.The final body weight,average daily gain and average daily feed intake of fattening pigs in treatment group 2 were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The eye muscle area of the fattening pigs in treatment 2 group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the a^(*)_(24 h) and marbling score of the longissimus dorsi muscle were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Both treatment 1 and treatment 2 significantly increased the L^(*)_(24 h) of the longissimus dorsi muscle of fattening pigs(P<0.05)and significantly decreased the pH^(*)_(45 min)(P<0.05).The selenium content in the longissimus dorsi muscle of fattening pigs in treatment 2 was significantly increased(P<0.05).The addition of 30%fermented feed significantly improved the growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality of fattening pigs.
