中学生感知学校氛围对学习投入的影响——基于学业自我效能感和心理健康的链式中介

The Impact of School Climate Perception on Student Learning Engagement-The Chain Mediation Based on Academic Self-efficacy and Mental Health

摘要 在教育高质量发展背景下,学习投入作为衡量教育质量的核心指标备受关注。为深入探讨学习投入的影响机制,推动建设高质量教育体系,研究基于资源保存理论,创新性地引入“增益螺旋”“资源阵列”及“资源阵列通道”的概念,构建感知学校氛围影响学习投入的多资源协同作用模型。采用方便抽样的方法,选取1144名中学生进行调查,发现感知学校氛围作为资源阵列通道能够正向预测学业自我效能感和心理健康,三者形成共生资源阵列;学业自我效能感与心理健康发挥增益螺旋效应,通过链式中介作用促进学习投入的持续提升。鉴于此,学校须营造积极的氛围,增强学生学校归属感;建立家校合作机制,增强学业自我效能感;成立心理健康驿站,塑造学生良善心理状态。 Under the background of high-quality educational development,growing attention has been put to learning engagement as a key indicator of educational quality.To explore the influencing mechanisms of learning engagement and promote the construction of a high-quality education system,this study innovatively introduces the concepts of gain spiral,resource caravans,and resource caravan passageways based on Conservation of Resources theory.It constructs a multi-resource synergy model to examine how school climate perception affects learning engagement.Through convenience sampling method,1,144 middle school students were surveyed.The findings reveal that school climate perception,as a resource caravan passageways,positively predicts academic self-efficacy and mental health,forming a symbiotic resource caravans;academic self-efficacy and mental health exhibit a gain spiral effect,enhancing sustained learning engagement through chain mediation.Accordingly,schools are advised to cultivate a positive climate to enhance students’sense of belonging,establish home-school collaboration mechanisms to strengthen academic self-efficacy,and establish mental health centers to promote students’psychological well-being.
