摘要
亚球孢歧盖伞Inosperma subsphaerosporum是2020年发现于中国热带地区的1个丝盖伞科新物种,该种最核心的识别特征为担孢子近球形至球形,这与歧盖伞属内其他物种存在明显区别。2021年5月,在海南省万宁市发现了该物种的1个新记录分布地点,同时发现子实体纯白色的待鉴定歧盖伞标本。多基因分子系统学分析结果显示,纯白色子实体的标本与亚球孢歧盖伞的多份标本聚为1个高支持率的末端分支。形态学研究发现除颜色差异外,白色子实体标本与黄色子实体的标本在形态上高度吻合。因此认为白色子实体的样本为亚球孢歧盖伞的1个白色突变种群。基于新采集的标本对该物种进行了补充描述。为探究该物种不同颜色标本之间代谢成分的差异,采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用技术(HS-SPME-GC-MS)对2份标本的挥发性成分进行检测,共鉴定出106种挥发性成分,其中48种为共有成分,黄色子实体和白色子实体独有成分分别为32种和26种。
Inosperma subsphaerosporum is a species newly discovered in 2020 from the tropical region of China.The species has subglobose or near globose shaped basidiospores,which is clearly distinguished from the other species in the family Inocybaceae Julich.In May 2021,a new site for the distribution of this species was found in Wanning City,Hainan Province,having pure white Inospema basidiomata not yet identified.In this study,molecular analysis using nucleotide sequences derived from multiple genes was carried out,leading to a result that the pure white specimens of I.subsphaerosporum were clustered and dropped into a single and highly supported terminal branch of the phylogenetic tree.Morphological studies revealed a high compatibility of specimen characteristics between the white and yellow basidiomata,except for their color differences.Therefore,the specimen of white basidiomata was considered as a white mutant coming from the population of I.subsphaerosporum.Additional descriptions of the species were made through the morphological characterization of newly collected specimens.For understanding of metabolic differences between the two differently colored specimens(white and yellow)of I.subsphaerosporum,an examination of volatile components using headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS)was also conducted.As a result,a total of 106 volatile substances were identified,in which 48 were shared by each other while 32 and 26 compounds were unique to the yellow and white specimens respectively.
