摘要
对野外调查中采自我国海南、湖南的蘑菇属真菌进行研究和鉴定,发现蘑菇属较小蘑菇亚属1新种,即棕毛蘑菇Agaricus brunneopilosus T.Bau & S.E.Wang。新物种特征为菌盖具土棕褐色、红棕色、巧克力棕色纤维质鳞片,缘生囊状体长球茎状、近球形或宽棒状。基于ITS、nrLSU和TEF1序列进行多基因系统发育分析,结果表明:该物种属于蘑菇属Agaricus较小蘑菇亚属Subg.Minores较小蘑菇组Sect.Minores。文中提供了新物种的形态学描述和线条图,并讨论了与相似物种的区别。
A new species,named as Agaricus brunneopilosus T.Bau&S.E.Wang,was identified from Hainan and Hunan provinces of China during the field investigation.The new species displays the morphological characters of pileus carrying fibrillose squamules completely in clay brown,red brown,chocolate color and cheilocystidia with forms of long corm-like,nearly globose or broad clavate.Phylogenetic analysis based on ITS,nrLSU and TEF1 sequences revealed that the species belong to Agaricus(subg.Minores)sect.Minores.This study presents the morphological descriptions and illustrations of the new species along with discussions on its diagnostic features distinguishing this species from those closely related species.
