摘要
低烟无卤阻燃A类非铠装低压电缆是一类阻燃性能优异,可适用于多种对阻燃性能要求较高场合的电缆。为了提高该类非铠装电缆的阻燃A类性能,以典型的WDZA-YJY-0.6/1kV 4×S电缆为例,基于GB/T 18380.33—2022标准规定的A类成束电缆燃烧试验进行了电缆结构优化设计。最终的结构优化设计结果为:对于35mm^(2)及以下电缆无需增加隔氧层结构即可达到阻燃A类性能要求;对于35mm^(2)以上电缆,只有增加隔氧层+高阻燃包带(隔氧复合结构)才能达到阻燃A类性能要求,其相比常规无隔氧结构电缆,电缆外径仅增加约6%,成本基本不变。
The low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant category A non-armored low-voltage cable is a type of cable with excellent flame-retardant performance that can be applied to various occasions with high requirements for flame-retardant performance.In order to improve the flame-retardant category A performance of this type of nonarmored cable,taking the typical WDZA-YJY-0.6/1kV 4×Scable as an example,the cable structure optimization design is carried out based on the category A bunched cable combustion test specified in the GB/T 18380.33—2022 standard.The final structural optimization design result is that for cables of 35mm^(2) and below,there is no need to add an oxygen barrier structure to meet the flame-retardant category A performance requirements;for cables above 35 mm^(2),only by adding an oxygen barrier layer and high flame-retardant tape(oxygen barrier composite structure)can the flame-retardant category A performance requirements be achieved.Compared with conventional cables without oxygen barrier structure,the outer diameter of the cable only increases by about 6%,and the cost remains basically unchanged.
