煤化工气化炉健康监测系统设计

The design of health monitoring system for gasifier in coal chemical industry

摘要 为了解决煤化工气化炉由于运行工况复杂严苛所遇到严峻的腐蚀,比如人孔处堆焊层裂纹等安全问题,针对某煤化工企业设计并搭建了一套“实时+周期”的健康监测系统。此系统能够实时采集气化炉损失部位区域的变形、温度和声发射数据,对气化炉激冷室局部应变、温度和活性缺陷数据进行监控和预警;气化炉停车时,采用相控阵超声等检测技术对激冷室的堆焊层表面裂纹进行检测,评估服役过程中堆焊层的裂纹是否扩展。结果表明,通过“实时+周期”的健康监测,评估气化炉的安全性,为设备的安全状况等级提供数据支撑,可有效保障气化炉的健康运行。 In order to solve the safety problems of coal chemical gasifier,such as severe corrosion,weld overlay crack at the manhole due to complex and rigorous operating conditions,a set of"real-time+periodic"health monitoring system was designed and built for a coal chemical enterprise.The deformation,temperature and acoustic emission data of the loss area of the gasifier in real time,monitor and pre-warn the local strain,temperature and active defect data of the quench chamber of the gasifier could be collected.When the gasifier is shut down,phased array ultrasonic and other detection technologies were used to detect the surface crack of the overlaying layer in the quench chamber,and evaluate whether the crack of the overlaying layer expands in the service process.The results show that the system can evaluate the safety of the gasifier through"real-time+periodic"health monitoring,provide data support for the safety level of the equipment,and effectively ensure the healthy operation of the gasifier.
