摘要 核电机组的稳定运行与卓越的维修紧密相连,但核电厂维修活动工作量大、工作过程环节多、维修实施人员背景不一等因素导致管控相对复杂,台山核电围绕维修工作过程,全面梳理准备端到执行端到工后端全链条业务流程,以工作负责人为中心,构建维修风险分级、人员分级、管控措施分级模型,以期通过维修活动分级与人员画像和管控措施的匹配,实现对维修活动全过程风险分级及管控。经过探索与研究,台山核电完成第一阶段维修活动风险管理实践并取得预期效果,维修人员风险意识及安全文化逐步加强,维修人因偏差及事件数量呈下降趋势,相关实践对行业维修风险管理具有借鉴意义。 The stable operation of nuclear power units is intrinsically linked to high-quality maintenance.However,the complexity of maintenance activities in nuclear power plants,characterized by heavy work‐loads,multi-step processes,and diverse backgrounds of maintenance personnel,poses significant man‐agement challenges.Taishan Nuclear Power Plant(NPP)has systematically sorted out the full process maintenance workflow,from preparation to execution as well as the post-work,and developed a model for the grading of maintenance risk,personnel,and control measures,centering on the work supervisor.By integrating maintenance activity grading with personnel profiling and control measures,the plant aims to achieve comprehensive risk grading and control throughout the maintenance process.Through initial ex‐ploration and implementation,the plant has successfully completed the first phase of maintenance risk management practice,achieving anticipated outcomes.The risk awareness and safety culture of mainte‐nance personnel have gradually been enhanced and the number of human-related deviations and events in maintenance has shown a downward trend.These practices can provide references for maintenance risk management in the industry.
