融合教学创新的高校英语教师科研能力培养模式探索

Exploration of the Research Ability Training Model for College English Teachers Integrating Teaching Innovation

摘要 如今高校英语教学在融合教学理念的引领中表现出多模态、跨学科特色,对教师教学反思与实践生成能力提出更高的要求。融合教学为科研能力的生成搭建了真实语境,给予操作办法,高校可带领教师于教学内容中寻觅问题、归纳心得、展示成果,在融合情境里促进科研开展,在实践中积累发展途径。科研能力的提升,宜从教学实践切入,依靠反思提炼、成果转化及协同研修等具体门道,驱动教师于教研融合中不断蜕变成长。 Nowadays,English teaching in universities has shown multimodal and interdisciplinary characteristics under the guidance of integrated teaching concepts,which puts higher demands on teachers'teaching reflection and practical generation abilities.Integrated teaching provides a real context for the generation of scientific research abilities and offers operational methods.Universities can lead teachers to search for problems,summarize experiences,and showcase achievements in teaching content,promote scientific research in the context of integration,and accumulate development paths in practice.The improvement of scientific research ability should start from teaching practice,relying on specific methods such as reflection and refinement,achievement transformation,and collaborative training,to drive teachers to continuously transform and grow in the integration of teaching and research.
